Terms and Conditions for Italian Courses
Part A: Italian courses for kids
1. Attendance

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes.

Parents/guardians must inform the instructor in advance if their child will be absent.
2. Punctuality
-
Classes will begin and end on time.
-
Children should arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts.
3. Behavior
-
Respectful behavior towards instructors and classmates is required at all times.
-
Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the course, without refund.
4. Materials
-
All course materials provided must be treated with care.
-
Lost or damaged materials may incur replacement charges.
5. Payments
-
All course fees must be paid in full before the start of the first class.
-
Enrolment is for a minimum of one full term (one year for those who opt for the reduced fee co-funded by MAECI)
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
-
All payments are strictly non-refundable. Once paid, course fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including withdrawal or absence.

As classes are taught in group format, missed classes cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or credited.

At the school’s discretion, one complimentary make-up session per term may be offered.

If Alma Intercultural Centre cancels or reschedules a class, a suitable make-up session will be arranged.
7. Health and Safety

Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies.

In case of an emergency, the emergency contact provided will be notified immediately.
8. Photo and Video Consent
-
Photos and/or videos may be taken during classes for educational or promotional purposes.
-
If you do not wish your child to appear in such materials, you must notify the instructor in writing before the start of the course.
Part B: Italian Courses for Adults
1. Attendance

If you are unable to attend, please inform the instructor in advance.
